Strategic Planning
Aximo’s strategic planning service is designed for situations where the way forward is no longer self-evident, practical or clearly justified. We work primarily with business owners, leaders and decision-makers facing important decisions, periods of change or increasing complexity.
The work is one-to-one and grounded in your actual situation. We begin by mapping the current state to understand what is happening, where friction is building, which questions need answering and what actually needs to be understood before a decision can be made. We then work through the key issues, options and priorities to create a clearer framework for the decisions ahead.
The partnership is regular and substantive. We typically meet once a week for 60–90 minutes, with Aximo preparing independently ahead of each session. Key thoughts, questions, decisions and next steps are documented throughout the process, creating a clear record of how the thinking and decisions develop over time. The work therefore extends beyond individual conversations and becomes a coherent, traceable process.
The length of the engagement depends on the situation and its objectives. The standard engagement period is three months.

After a decision is made, the most important work begins — implementation. We help shape a clear action plan, define roles and responsibilities, and establish routines or systems that keep the process moving. Together, we work through the next steps, create the necessary checkpoints, and organize processes so that decisions transform smoothly into functional reality.
