The collaboration is built on consistent and meaningful partnership. We typically meet once a week for 60–90 minutes, working step by step through key topics and decisions. Prior to each meeting, Aximo prepares in advance to ensure discussions are focused, substantive, and move things forward.
The duration of the collaboration depends on your needs. The standard engagement is three months.
